When you hire, the £1.00 price covers the candles, batteries, remote, delivery (courier or team) and professional cleaning. There are no extra charges for batteries or cleaning, and we do not require a security or damage deposit.
Choose your delivery method at checkout:
Courier delivery: candles arrive 1‑3 working days before your event (two days is the default). Collection is the next working day after the event, with an extra day for packing if the event runs Monday‑Thursday.
Team delivery (within 160 miles of Lincoln): we deliver the day before or on the event day and collect the day after – both included in the price.
Showroom collection (free): pick up up to three days before and return up to three days after, excluding bank holidays.
