Our black chair cover hire provides a sleek, true‑black finish that instantly elevates any venue. Made from premium lycra/spandex, each cover stretches to fit most conference‑style chairs and many other models.

Inclusive laundering: covers arrive freshly laundered and are returned used – no washing required.
Choose courier delivery (arrives 1‑3 working days before your event, default two days) with collection the next working day after the event – Monday‑Thursday events receive an extra packing day. For venues within 160 miles of Lincoln we can deliver the day before or on the day and collect the day after as part of the team‑delivery price. You may also collect from our Lincoln showroom up to three days before and return up to three days after, excluding bank holidays.
Our team can fit the covers for you on the day of delivery for an additional fee.
We require a 25% booking instalment to secure your date; the balance is due six weeks before the event (full payment up front for bookings made within six weeks). No security deposit is taken.
All normal food and drink stains, including red wine, are removed at no charge. If a cover suffers non‑food damage such as burns, ink, tears or is lost, we will contact you after the event with an itemised repair or replacement cost, reflecting the item’s age and condition.
Hiring at £1.25 per cover is far more economical than purchasing a set for a single occasion, especially when you consider laundering and the flexibility to match any event size.
Our lycra covers are designed to stretch over most conference‑style chairs and many other common models, providing a snug fit for a wide range of seat dimensions.
Provide the overall height, back width, seat width and leg length; our standard covers accommodate chairs up to approximately 38″ tall, 17.5″ back and seat width, and 19.5″ leg height.
All our black chair covers are a true, matte black with no sheen; we do not currently offer alternative shades or finishes.
Order one cover per chair you plan to dress – we can advise on quantities based on your guest count and seating layout.
Yes, our black chair covers are suitable for weddings, corporate functions, banquets, parties and any celebration where a polished look is desired.
Hire periods are automatically set based on your chosen delivery method; courier items are collected the next working day after the event, while team‑delivery items are collected the day after. If you need an extra day, contact us and we’ll arrange an extended collection for a small additional fee.
