Our white chair covers are made from high‑quality lycra/spandex with elegant arch fronts, giving a sleek, uniform look to any venue. They are freshly laundered and pressed, ready to slip onto chairs straight away.
Designed to fit standard conference‑style chairs (approx. 45 cm seat width, 97 cm back height) they also work well on most folding and banquet chairs. The stretchy fabric ensures a snug finish without the need for pins or adhesives.
Courier delivery: items arrive 1‑3 working days before your event (2 days is the default) and are collected the next working day after the event, with an extra packing day for Monday‑to‑Thursday events.
Team delivery (within 160 miles of Lincoln): we deliver the day before or on the day of the event and collect the day after – both included in the price.
Showroom collection: free pick‑up up to 3 days before and return up to 3 days after the event (bank holidays excluded).
We require a 25 % booking instalment to secure your date; the balance is due six weeks before the event. No security or damage deposit is taken.
All covers are laundered and pressed in the hire price. Food and drink stains, including red wine, are removed at no extra charge. Charges only apply for damage that cannot be repaired or replaced (e.g., burns, tears, ink).
Sashes in satin, organza or lace are available separately to add a personalised touch.
