We stock standard lengths for round, trestle and banquet tables. Measure the table top and add a few inches on each side for a neat drop; use our tablecloth sizing guide and calculator to fit the best fit for your table sizes or our team can advise the ideal size for your layout.

Delivery windows depend on the method you choose:
Courier – arrives 1‑3 working days before the event (2 days is typical) and is collected the next working day after the event, with an extra day for Monday‑Thursday events.
Team delivery (within 160 mi of Lincoln) – delivered the day before or on the day, and collected the day after.
Showroom collection – free pick‑up up to 3 days before and return up to 3 days after, excluding bank holidays.
We require a 25 % booking instalment to secure your date; the balance is due six weeks before the event. If you book within six weeks, the full amount is payable up front. No security deposit is taken.
If your guest numbers change, we’ll do our best to supply additional cloths up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.
Hiring eliminates storage, cleaning and upfront cost. All tablecloths arrive freshly laundered and pressed, and we handle laundering after the event at no extra charge.
