We stock a range of standard sizes that comfortably cover round, rectangular and trestle tables. Whether you need a larger cloth for the head table or smaller ones for guest tables, our team can advise the right dimensions based on your table shapes and seating plan. Complete the look with coordinating black napkins, runners or chair sashes – all available to hire alongside the cloths.
Choose courier delivery and your tablecloths will arrive 1‑3 working days before the event, with collection the next working day (extra packing day for Monday‑Thursday events). For venues within 160 miles of Lincoln we can deliver the day before or on the day and collect the following day – both included in the team delivery price. If you collect from our Lincoln showroom, you may pick up up to 3 days before and return up to 3 days after the wedding (excluding bank holidays).
A 25 % booking instalment secures your date; the balance is due six weeks before the event, or in full for bookings made within six weeks. No security deposit is required. All linen arrives freshly laundered and pressed, and we handle all cleaning after the event – food and drink stains are removed at no extra charge. Charges only apply for damage that cannot be repaired or laundered.
