Add Items to Your Quote Basket
Click "Add to Quote" on any product to add it to your basket. For items with variants (like tablecloths available in different sizes, or sashes in multiple colours), select your preferred option first. You can adjust quantities at any time.
Your basket keeps a running total, so you can see the cost building up as you shop. There's no commitment at this stage — you're just building a wish list.
Enter Your Event Date & Postcode
When you're ready, go to the quote basket and enter your wedding date and venue postcode. Our system instantly checks real-time availability for every item in your basket on that date, and calculates delivery costs based on your location.
You'll see your delivery options: courier (free over £150), team delivery with setup, or collection from our Lincoln showroom. The system also calculates delivery and return dates, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Choose Delivery Dates & Enter Your Details
Select your preferred delivery and return dates from the options provided. Fill in your contact details and any notes for our team (like venue access requirements or specific setup instructions).
Pay a Deposit or Request a Quote
You have two options: pay a 25% deposit online to instantly confirm your booking, or request a quote by email for review. For events within 6 weeks, full payment is required at booking. We accept all major cards through our secure Stripe checkout.
Receive, Enjoy, Return
For team-delivered items, we arrive at your venue on the agreed date, set everything up, and return after the event to collect. For courier items, your parcel arrives before the event with a prepaid return label — simply repack and send back.
No cleaning required. We handle all maintenance between hires.
Common Questions
Can I change my order after booking?
Yes, you can add or remove items before your delivery date. Contact us and we'll update your booking and adjust the balance accordingly.
What if an item I want is unavailable for my date?
Our system checks real-time availability when you build your quote. If an item isn't available, we'll suggest alternatives or offer to waitlist you in case of cancellations.
Do I need to clean items before returning them?
No — just pack items back into the packaging they arrived in. We handle all cleaning. For team-delivered items, we collect directly from your venue.
