Our clear glass hurricane vases add an elegant focal point to any event, whether used as candle holders, floral displays or a combination of both. Their tall, cylindrical shape (27 cm high) showcases the contents while providing a sturdy base.
Styling options: Fill with pillar candles, LED candles, coloured sand, glass nuggets, water pearls or fresh flowers to match your theme. The transparent finish works with any colour scheme.
Venue suitability: The vases are safe for both real and battery‑operated LED candles. Check any venue restrictions on open flames, but the glass construction is suitable for most indoor locations.
Hire logistics: Choose courier delivery – items arrive 1‑3 working days before your event (typically 2 days) and are collected the next working day after the event, with an extra packing day for Monday‑Thursday events. For venues within 160 miles of Lincoln we also offer team delivery the day before or on the day, and collection the day after – both included in the price. You may also collect from our Lincoln showroom up to 3 days before and return up to 3 days after, excluding bank holidays.
The hire period is flexible; if you need the vases longer than the standard window, simply let us know and we’ll arrange an extended hire.
Payment: A 25 % booking instalment secures your date, with the balance due 6 weeks before the event (full payment required for bookings made within 6 weeks). No security deposit is taken.
Damage policy: Items are professionally cleaned and inspected before hire. If a vase is returned broken, chipped or missing, we will contact you with an itemised repair or replacement cost, based on the item’s age and condition. Normal wear and tear is never charged.
You can combine hurricane vase hire with any of our other candle holders or table décor items in the same booking for a coordinated look.
